Summer 2010 ultimate practices are held in Fælledparken in Østerbro, close to the "Trianglen" (see map below) on Mondays and Wednesdays 18:00-20.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to our practices and events. 

Indoor 2009/2010
Indoors begins October 6th in Svanemølle Hallen close to Svanemøllen Station, Østerbro. Every Tuesday from 21 - 23.

Also on Fridays from October 2nd in Valby Hallen from 18 - 21 as well as Sundays in DGI Byen from 21-23. Fridays and Sundays are though cancelled from time to time due to events taking place in the gyms - so if you want to be sure send a mail in advance.
